Curriculum Director Cohort for New and Aspiring Directors!

Full Day Sessions: September 14, 2026; December 1, 2026; February 2, 2027; May 4 , 2027

What does it mean to be a Curriculum Director? What am I supposed to be doing? What may others expect of me? Who can I turn to with questions? Taking on a new role can be a daunting task, and often we find ourselves with more questions than answers. If you are new to the Curriculum Director role or have found curriculum work to be added to your slate of duties, come join the SMCAA staff and fellow new and aspiring curriculum directors as we embark on a journey of exploring the role and world of curriculum. This event will consist of a short “one-on-one get to know you” virtual session, then quarterly full day virtual meetings/trainings. You can also schedule two 1-on-1 coaching meetings during the school year to meet your needs. All meetings will be recorded and at the conclusion of each meeting you will receive a recording for reference.
