Designed for educators and leaders responsible for student assessment preparation, intervention planning, and credential attainment, this session supports schools serving middle school, high school, and adult learners pursuing the ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate.

What to Expect

Morning Session: Powering Student Success Through ACT WorkKeys Data (3 Hours)
Educators will gain a deeper understanding of the ACT WorkKeys NCRC assessments and how to use assessment data to inform instruction, target skill gaps, and improve student confidence. Participants will walk away with actionable strategies to better align instruction with workplace‑ready performance expectations.

Afternoon Session: Bringing WorkKeys Curriculum to Life (3 Hours)
This hands‑on session focuses on the WorkKeys Curriculum platform and how it delivers targeted, standards‑aligned instruction in the skills measured on the NCRC assessments. Educators will explore flexible implementation models—individualized practice, small‑group instruction, and classroom integration—to seamlessly embed the curriculum into the school day and strengthen student outcomes before testing.

Note: This workshop is designed for schools with active WorkKeys Curriculum licenses. All participants will receive guided access to the new WorkKeys Curriculum platform during the session (sandbox accounts).

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Confidently deliver WorkKeys Curriculum to targeted student populations.
• Understand how WorkKeys skill domains directly connect to NCRC assessment success.
• Implement practical, classroom‑ready strategies that build career and employability skills.
• Leverage ACT WorkKeys as a cohesive assessment‑to‑instruction system, not just a test.
