Join your colleagues from across the state as we explore Instructional Leadership and what it takes to maintain confidence in your position and skills, and how to build credibility with your staff.  We will explore the meaning of credibility in leadership, and how building skills in the five researched areas of instructional leadership will assist you in sustaining credibility as a leader.  This would be the perfect time to bring your administrative team for a time away to learn and to plan together before the year begins. This event continues to be popular with districts looking to develop a team of academically focused administrators.  For those that may have attended in the past, we intend to go deeper with the skills you have mastered by providing a new perspective on leadership confidence and credibility!
